The CMPC Group is the second largest company in the pulp and paper manufacturing sector in Latin America, with 44 industrial plants across eight countries and 1,041 forestry operations in Brazil. It operates in three business areas: Pulp, Bio-packaging, and Tissue.

Among its core values is the coexistence and appreciation of residents near its operations, currently encompassing 278 communities in 71 cities. To meet the challenge of strengthening relationships with these communities and amplifying their voices, we co-created the CMPC Resolve relationship platform.

The starting point was the Discovery stage, where we immersed ourselves in the various areas involved and interviewed residents of each community. This led us to design a digital solution with the primary objective of fostering a closer and more human connection between the company and the residents.

We designed the workflow and developed the platform, offering both desktop and mobile versions. This resulted in better integration between departments, enhanced control of information, and improved recording and monitoring of demands from both field and urban areas. The platform features an easy-to-use dashboard for visualizing and analyzing data, aiding in decision-making to improve and evolve the company's processes.
