Our partnership began with the challenge of developing design guidelines for the integration, optimization, and refinement of the digital product creation process, involving development teams across various regions of the United States.

During a five-day workshop in Morristown, New York, we gathered key stakeholders to co-create a digital product that served as the starting point for developing and validating the guidelines for the company's Design System.

The implementation of these guidelines in the team's day-to-day work has accelerated the development of new solutions by eliminating the need to start from scratch for each new product.

Additionally, we developed branding and communication strategies for two new products: one focused on fleet insurance and the other on services for Amazon providers.
